The Clinical Application Of Endoscopic-Assisted Subcutaneous Mastectomy For Breast Cancer

Purpose:discuss the clinical application of endoscopic-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy.Methods:select undergraduate course via endoscopy assisted to keep the nipple areola skin gland resection in the treatment of 20 cases of breast cancer patients, and undergraduate course at the same time the traditional open surgery treatment for 40 cases of breast cancer patients as control group, the two groups of patients with operation time, surgical bleeding, cosmetic effect, the postoperative complications, the length of time and cost were retrospectively analysis.Results:comparing the endoscopy assisted surgery group and traditional open surgery group, endoscopy assisted surgery group on operation time than traditional open surgery group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), but in the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, and hospitalization expenses were less than traditional open surgery group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Endoscopy assisted surgery group postoperative scar length 5.28±0.66 cm, traditional open surgery group was 8.35±1.39 cm, the former are much smaller than the latter, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);Patient satisfaction endoscopy assisted surgery group (90.0%), significantly higher than the traditional open surgery group satisfaction (40.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference of infection between the two groups (P> 0.05).On two groups of patients, postoperative follow-up endoscopy assisted surgery group the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with less than traditional open surgery group, the differences in two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the traditional open surgery group of patients with postoperative recurrence than endoscopy assisted surgery group, the difference between the two groups have no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion:endoscopy assisted all keep the nipple areola subcutaneous mastectomy in breast cancer surgery obvious advantages, has good clinical effect, is worth promoting.
