Objective:The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University stem cell transplantation center were sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of 121 cases of acute myeloid leukemia were analyzed retrospectively, analyzed the effect and influence on the prognosis related factors.Methods:In March 2002 to December 2015 in our department were sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute myeloid leukemia in 121 cases of patients were analyzed retrospectively, the classification standard of the risk factors of the standard risk group after standard chemotherapy for AML first reached complete remission; high-risk group for standard chemotherapy for AML first failed to achieve remission, relapse after remission, refractory leukemia. Using Kaplan Meier survival analysis, on the overall survival rate (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), transplantation related mortality (TRM), the cumulative recurrence rate relapse ra Te, RR) were analyzed by COX regression and multivariate analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors.Results:1.At 1 year in patients with OS was 70%, DFS was 66%,3 years of OS for 54% of the DFS for 51%,5-year OS%48, DFS is 48%, transplant related deaths were 22 cases,100 days of transplantation related mortality was 2, and the mortality rate was 21%.2.Standard risk group 1 year OS was 98%, DFS was 81%,3 years of OS was 64%, DFS was 63%,5-year OS was 57%, DFS was 57%, high-risk group 1 year OS was 48%, DFS was 46%,3 years of OS and 37 percent of DFS for 34%,5-year OS for 32% of DFS for 31%, standard risk group 100 days cumulative TRM is 4%,2 year cumulative TRM is 16%, high-risk group of 100 days accumulated TRM is 24%,2 years cumulative TRM is 29%.3..Recurrence were independent prognostic factors for OS of patients. The cause of death:13 cases pulmonary infection,22 cases died of recurrence,4 cases of organ failure,2 cases of extensive chronic graft versus host disease,2 cases of interstitial pneumonia,1 case of cerebral hemorrhage,1 case of sudden death,1 case implanted.Conclusions:1.Our hospital sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia can get long-term survival, and the disease free survival rate is high, transplant related mortality is low, to patients with acute myeloid leukemia brings hope.2.The first induction of complete remission of long-term survival after transplantation is of great significance3.The recurrence of the disease, pulmonary infection is the main cause of death after transplantation.
