Objective Ischemic stroke with a high incidence, high mortality, high morbidity and poor prognosis,is a serious harm to human health and life of common diseases.Atorvastatin mainly used for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease because of pleiotropic effects, but little information could be acquired about the LDL-C achievement and safety of early intensifying lipid-lowering therapy. This study mainly evaluate short-term intensive lipid-lowering treatment of IS/TIA patients clinical curative effect, which will provide a scientific basis for clinical application and safety.Method Collected 80 standard cases with starting AIS/TIA patients, from June 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into routine dose 20mg of atorvastatin treatment group 28 cases(group A),40mg of atorvastatin treatment group 27 cases(group B)and 60mg of atorvastatin treatment group 25 cases(group C).all patients are on the basis of conventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease to different doses atorvastatin, not taking Other lipid-lowering drugs in the during, observed and compared before and after 12 days, three months treatment the changes of lipids(include:total cholesterol TC, triglyceride TG,low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9).Simultaneous detection of liver function and creatine kinase with adverse reactions in patients,ALT/CK increased up to 3/5 times the upper limit of normal, then withdrawal observation.Records patients cases during hospitalized and follow-up.Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software to deal with all the clinical data and experimental data, measurement data are expressed as X±S,the comparison between with analysis of variance and group in comparison with paired t test data for statistical analysis and significance test, with P<0.05 showed significant statistical difference.Results1. All patients with clinical baseline could be well matched.2. After 12 days atorvastatin treatment, three groups of TC,TG,LDL-C levels were lower than the baseline value, the difference was statistically significant. At three months,LDL-C levels of three groups respectively decreased to 2.03±0.46mmol/L,1.71±0.37mmol/L,1.57±0.44mmol/L,compared to their baseline levels, decine 25.09%,36.43%,44.52% respectively, between groups with statistically significant difference.3. After three months Atorvastatin treatment,MMP-9 and hs-CRP felling strongest is group C,A group weakest.4. Before and after treatment, transaminases, creatine kinase changes were not statistically significant differences between the three groups and which had no cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion.Atorvastatin intensive lipid-lowering and inhibiting inflammation effect are dependent on the dose of statin,60mg of atorvastatin treatment group better than 40mg group.Short-term use safety is better.
