Objective:This paper compare the treatment and complication of great saphenous vein varicosity within the STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper with endovenous laser, Observation of the clinical efficacy and advantages of the STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper and concluded that the advantages and disadvantages, surgical indications and precautions of the new invaginated vein stripper. Further found insufficient the STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper, complements the technology-related research.Methods:1. Select 120 patients accord the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria of the great saphenous vein varicosity. Random drawing of lots will be divided into invaginated group(saphenous vein ligation+invaginated stripping+microphlebectomy) and control group (saphenous vein ligation+laser burning off+microphlebectomy),60 patients in each group. The invaginated group using STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper strip the trunk of saphenous vein, the control group using semiconductor laser burning off the trunk of saphenous vein. and finally determine efficacy and complication in patients with surgical time, blood loss, postoperative pain, post-traumatic reactions postoperative changes in subjective feelings and postoperative complications.2.With statistical methods, comparing the difference between the two groups, which summarizes the advantages, surgical indications and precautions of the new invaginated vein stripper treatment great saphenous vein varicosity. Further found that shortage of the STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper treatment, complements the technology-related research to improve the clinical level.Results:1.This study were collected 120 patients (159 limbs), the invaginated group of 60 patients (77 limbs), the control group of 60 patients (82 limbs), two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, classification of the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), two sets of data were comparable.2.The STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper treatment in operative time, postoperative time in bed, ecchymosis, skin burns, skin numbness, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins relapse, the patient feels no significant difference on Endovenous Laser Treatmeat(P>0.05), it’s a simple, safe, minimally invasive, effective treatment.3.0n subcutaneous streak induration and pain after generation, the invaginated group is less than the laser therapy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.0n the amount of bleeding, the laser therapy group is less than the invaginated group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper treatment and endovenous laser therapy treatment in the trunk have efficacy, less invasive, and simple operation. The STRIPP’IN invaginated vein stripper treatment can effectively avoid the complications of thrombophlebitis, and reduce postoperative pain and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, this method of treatment in the treatment of the trunk of great saphenous vein has good application prospects.
