CKD has become a global public health problem. The incidence of adult chronic kidney disease in China is about 10.8%. What serious influence on people’s life and economic development of our country. Seeking to delay the progress of CKD and the treatment to protect renal function is the current field of kidney disease problem urgently to be solved. There is no known cure for CKD. Therefore this research is study the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of CKD from animal experiments and clinical trials. The animal experiments study the protection mechanisms of Jia Wei Dang Gui Bu Xue decotion for podocyte in Adriamycin- induce Nephropathy rats. The clinical trials discuss the effects of Jia Wei Dang Gui Bu Xue decotion to CKD patients by randomized controlled trials.
