ObjectiveThis Clinical experiment Study adopt a randomized controlled Method. T o discuss the clinical efficacy in cervical high-risk type of HPV (HR-HPV) infection and its accompany symptom by use Chitosan iodine complex cervic al antibacterial membrane combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablet, Luohua ZizhuT ablet is Chinese patent medicine produced by Callicarpa nudiflora. Evaluat e their safety and effectiveness, provide convincing evidence for future c linical application and generalize.MethodsChoose 90 patients from the third affiliated hospital’s fangcun outpat ient department of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine which Meeting the inclusion criteria. Randomly assigned to treatment group and control g roup, Each group of 45 people.Collect basic information about patients and medical history. Recording the detection value of HR-HPV, evaluate TCM symp toms, physical signs of patients. The treatment group use Chitosan iodine c omplex cervical antibacterial membrane combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablet. The control group use alone recombinant human interferon α-2b suppositor ies. Both of the two groups through 3 courses of treatment.3 months after the end of the courses,patients return visit.Collection the patients’rela ted observations index scores, classified patients into different levels d epending on the results of the scores, finally sorting data, statistical a nalysis, make a scientific system of evaluation.ResultA total of 84 patients completed the study, the treatment group of 43 patients and the control group of 41 cases. The differences of the two gr oupsage, the age of first sexual intercourse, number of pregnancies, number of natural birth and whether have already menopause, have no statistical s ignificance(P＞0.05), and it is comparable between the two groups.1.3 months after all courses. Detection value of HR-HPV in two groups cases after treatment than before treatment have declined, and the differ ence was statistically significant (P＜0.05). According to curative effect on the negative transformation rate of HR-HPV in two groups, in the treatm ent group, cure rate:11.63%;Significant efficiency:25.58%;Total effective rate:67.44%;in the control group,cure rate:12.20%;significant efficiency: 19.51%; Total effective rate:56.10%;there was no significant in curative effect between the two groups (P＞0.05).2.3 months after all courses. Scores of TCM syndrome in two groups ca ses after treatment than before treatment have declined, and the differenc e was statistically significant (P＜0.05). According to curative effect on the TCM syndrome in two groups, in the treatment group, cure rate:6.98%;Sig nificant efficiency:23.26%; Total effective rate:62.80%;In the control gr oup, cure rate:7.32%;Significant efficiency:12.20%;Total effective rate:68. 30%;there was no significant in curative effect between the two groups(P ＞0.05).3.3 months after all courses.Scores of physical signs in two groups c ases after treatment than before treatment have declined, and the differen ce was statistically significant (P＜0.05). According to curative effect on the in two groups, in the treatment group, cure rate:9.30%;Significant eff iciency:23.26%;Total effective rate:69.77%;In the control group, curerate: 2.44%;Significant efficiency:12.20%;Total effective rate:51.22%, there was significant differences in curative effect between the two groups (P<0.0 5).ConclusionChitosan iodine complex cervical antibacterial membrane combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablet can significantly improve negative transformation ra te of HR-HPV, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and phys ical signs. Results shows that there was not obvious difference between tr eatment group and control group from curative effect on the negative tran sformation rate of HR-HPV and TCM syndrome. But the physical signs were im proved better in treatment group than control group. Above all.Chitosan io dine complex cervical antibacterial membrane combined with Luohua Zizhu T ablet have good effect on cervical HR-HPV infection without obvious sidee ffect, and can be used conveniently, deserving to extending application.
