Clinical Research On Acupuncture Combined With Skin Needle Tapping Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of needling acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome combined with the skin needle tapping.Method: Collect with chronic fatigue syndrome diagnostic criteria were 60 cases,using a random number table grouping method, divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases, clinical research on them. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with skin needle tapping treatment, treatment of 5 week, 2 weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses of treatment; the control group was given oral placebo treatment, 1 pills each time, 1 times a day, 5 times per week taking, 2weeks for 1 courses, taking 2 courses. Two groups of patients before treatment, after a course of treatment, after treatment, the clinical symptom score, the total score of clinical symptoms, fatigue rating scale total score for statistical analysis, make evaluation of curative effect.Results:(1)Basic information: The treatment group and the control group of patients with gender, age, duration of treatment, the clinical symptom score, total clinical symptom score, fatigue rating scale total score and other basic information, no statistical differences(P>0.05).(2)The clinical symptom score: The clinical symptom score of treatment group patients after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment compared with before treatment, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); Patients in the control group after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment in fatigue duration, work, headache, muscle pain, sleep disorders than before treatment, there is a certain improvement, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of the clinical symptom score between two groups of patients after a course of treatment and after the end oftreatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The total score of clinical symptoms: The total score of clinical symptoms were total score after treatment group patients after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment compared with before treatment, the clinical symptoms improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); In the control group,after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment, the total score of clinical symptoms was improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the total score of clinical symptoms between two groups of patients after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4) Comprehensive evaluation: Two groups of patients after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the significant rate was 40%;the total effective rate of the control group was 16.67%, the significant rate was 0%.Comparison of the two groups, the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).(5) Fatigue rating scale total score: Table in patients after a course of treatment,and the treatment after the end of the fatigue rating scale total score compared with the treatment of the fatigue rating scale total score were significantly improved, the difference is highly statistically significant(P<0.01); only treatment at the end of the fatigue rating scale total score compared with prior to fatigue rating scale total score of a certain improvement in the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The after a course of treatment and after the end of treatment of fatigue rating scale total scores were compared between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Research results show that the acupuncture combined with skin needle tapping method, application "flat wrist stand to acupuncture manipulation" operation in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, in improving chronic fatigue syndrome in patients with the clinical symptoms, clinical symptom total score, fatigue assessment scale total score curative effect significantly; while the control group with oral placebo in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, only labor to improve the chronic fatigue syndrome in patients with persistent fatigue time, work, headache,muscle pain, sleep disorders, symptoms total score, the end of the treatment of fatigueassessment table total score has a role in. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The filiform needle acupuncture combined with skin needle tapping method, application of "flat wrist vertical refers to acupuncture manipulation" operation in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,can effectively improve the chronic fatigue syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms, relieve pain and improve the quality of life. Study for the clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome provides proper therapy, curative effect;shorten the course of treatment, no side effects, safe and reliable new method.
