Objective:By understanding the current situation of overweight pupil, the paper design to carry out the exercise intervention to the overweight students on the basis of school and analyze the effects of exercise intervention to the overweight students. At the same time, analysis software of prandial heat will be adopted to scientifically analyze the calore intake situation of overweight students. On this basis, the paper will come up with the scientific and reasonable intervening measure to control and decrease the weight of overweight students.Methods:1. The exploration of reason of pupil’s overweight.40 students of the eleventh school of Yan Qing in the second and third grade are drawn at random as sample, which include 20 normal students and 20 overweight students. They are grouped and do the contrast study. The experiment will monitor the consumption of physical exercise and heat energy intake, analyzing and comparing the related data.2. The research of the effect exercise intervention.20 overweight students of the eleventh school of Yan Qing in the second and third grade are drawn as sample. The level pace running and Fartlek running running are individually applied. In the condition of same distance(1000km) and same average speed, the paper will analysis the difference of energy consumption of the two running ways.3. The research of exercise intervention and diet intervention.30 overweight students of the eleventh school of Yan Qing in the second and third grade are drawn as sample. The 30 students are divided into three groups, namely the group of non-interposition, the group of exercise intervention and the group of exercise and diet intervention. At the period of experiment, the group of non-interposition live the normal daily life. The group of exercise intervention and the group of exercise and diet intervention grid the accelerometer of GT3 X Plus and analyze the related data. After the intervention, they will have the test of height, weight, the running of 50 meters, one-minute rope skipping. one-minute sit-up, crook before the seat body and 400 meters running. At the same time, the parents of the group of exercise and diet intervention record the student’s diet according to the diet records list. Then the paper analyze the energy intake by the analysis software of prandial energy.Results:1. Comparing the group of normal weight and the group of overweight, the MET,STEP/D and the PAEE/D have no significant difference(P>0.05). There are significant difference in the energy intake every day of two groups(P<0.01). In the percent of energy intake, the percent of breakfast of. the group of overweight is obviously lower than the group of normal weight. And the percent of dinner of. the group of overweight is obviously higher than the group of normal weight.2. The mean heart rate of Fartlek is obviously different from the level pace running at the same distance and speed(P<0.01).3.The effects of exercise intervention are following. Comparing the effect of before and after exercise and diet intervention, there are no significant difference in weight(P>0.05). The BMI show significant difference(P<0.05). Comparing the data of the exercise intervention group before and after intervention, the weight have no significant difference(P>0.05). And the BMI show significant difference(P<0.01). The research results of diet intervention is following. The average energy of the group of exercise and diet intervention intake every day is 1305.10±691.72 kcl, and the percent of breakfast, lunch and dinner are 18.7%、35.4%、45.9%. The average physical demands every day is 725.37±221.44 kcl. There are significant difference in the energy intake and the physical demands every day(P<0.01).Conclusion:1 The reason of overweight of the experiment is that the student excessively intake the heat energy and the diet is unbalanced, especially the excessive intake of dinner. At the same time,for the average light physical labor time, the group of normal weight and the overweight have a significant difference(P<0.05).2 The way of Fartlek are easier to consume one’s energy than the level pace running.3 The exercise intervention is better than the diet intervention for the overweight students at school.
