| This study is the summary of Professor Guo Fenghe in the treatment of Uterine Bleeding(UB) clinical experience and academic thought. The concrete content includes literature research, experience summary and case analysis.The part of literature research through the study of ancient medical books,making clear the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, and treatment of UB, summarizing and analysizing the clinical experience of modern Chinese medicine treatment of UB. Through the discussion and analysis of the cases, making clear the guiding significance of the experience and thought in clinical work.Objective: By summarizing the clinical experience of Professor Guo Fenghe in the treatment of UB, inheriting and developping the academic thought of Professor Guo Fenghe in treating UB.Methods: 1.Clinical learning from teacher, collect a large of records of UB outpatients an inpatients. 2.Analyzing and summarizing the collected medical cases.3.Read the papers of Professor Guo Fenghe, in-depth study and summarize the difficult and key problem of supervisor in the process of works. 4. According to the analysis of clinical records and notes, mentor clinical thinking, dialectical basis of tutor experience prescription, and finishing, concise.Results: Professor Guo Fenghe has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of UB, has a unique academic thought in her clinical treatment. After years of clinical work, she raises the method of age stage treatment of UB. The therapy of BuShen during adolescence, Tiao Gan in the period of child-bearing age and JianPi inperi-menopausal period received good results.Conclusion: Professor Guo Fenghe has been engaged in Chinese medicine treatment of UB in more than 30 years, has accumulated rich clinical experience.Through three years of postgraduate study, understand the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various types of UB, grasp the dialectical basic ideas, summarize the Guo’s experience in treatment of UB. |
