Objective:autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the trend of incidence around the world, many factors related to the pathogenesis of ASD, but it still has not been confirmed. This study investigated ASD group and normal children in the control group children’s general characteristics, maternal and neonatal period when there is no birth complications and family environment factors, identify factors associated with the incidence of ASD, causes of ASD in the future provided a theoretical basis of ASD and disease prevention and intervention and rehabilitation provided a theoretical basis. And according to the current ASD research a variety of interventions and identify the most suitable interventions for the rehabilitation of children with ASD and improve the ability of social adaptation of children with ASD, and reduce the burden on the families of children with social costs.Methods:this study using the method of 1:1 a case-control study. According to compliance with United States 4th edition of the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (DSM-IV) on the Autism diagnostic criteria and the childhood autism rating scale (CARS) the diagnostic criteria, jointly by three or more professional medical diagnosis, study into children ASD group and the control group. Respectively, investigated the ways parents through the memories of the two groups, which specifically includes:survey of children with ASD and general situation of children in the control group; basic situation of two groups of children; children with ASD and control groups of children investigated maternal survey; in children with ASD and control groups survey of children at birth; in children with ASD and control groups such as children’s parental rearing patterns of factors. Data is then processed using SPSS 18.0 software to identify risk factors associated with the incidence of ASD.Results:the results of this study show the two groups in terms of personal situations, ASD children have obvious sexuality, sex is 4.88:1. Shows have two sets of fathers of children education:father educated ASD group of children than children in the control group; two sets of family income per month ASD group proportion of high household incomes higher than children in the control group, may be associated with the costly economic pressure of parents of children with ASD. Maternal findings:mothers aged greater than or equal to 35 years, depression during pregnancy anxiety and exposure data from two of these three factors, there were significant differences in meaning. In terms of birth status:data derived from neonatal asphyxia there is a statistically significant difference. Protective factors include:parents take their children to take part in outdoor activities, and children exchange or game and take care of breastfeeding within six months.
