| At present, research reported antitumor, antioxidant and immuno activities but antiviral of Cordyceps kyushuensis polysaccharide. This reasearch studies polysaccharide CK-70B2 and CK-70B3 purified by gel filtration G-100 and anion-exchange chromatography on a column DEAE-23 from the fruit of Cordyceps kyushuensis. Their partial physicochemical property and structure were analysised by FTIR, Multi angle laser light scattering instrument, HPLC, NMR. The results showed that the molecular of CK-70B2 and CK-70B3 were 795kDa and 493kDa. They were all pyranose. CK-70B2 was β configuration and CK-70B3 was a configuration. The monosaccharide of CK-70B2 were consist of fructopyranose, mannitose, isodulcite, galactosamine and pectin sugar; the monosaccharide of CK-70B3 were consist of fructopyranose, mannitose, isodulcite, glucose and pectin sugar.Regard marsupenaeus japonicus as the experimental subject, to study activities of antiviral and immunol regulation effects Cordyceps kyushensis polysaccharide on them. Injected polysaccharide with different time, crude polysaccharide and pure polysaccharide comparation and concentration after WSSV infection then the virus copies were analysised by Western. Results show that best effect time was polysaccaride injection before WSSV infection; second purification polysaccharide would produce better restrain effect than crude and one time purification polysaccharide; 50μg/g concentration CK-70B3 had most siginificant restrain effect among 5μg/g, 10μg/g and 50μg/g CK-70B3.Analysis immuno effect of different concentration(5μgã€10μg/g and 50μg/g). After WSSV infection Oh,24h,48h, the SOD, PPO activity, OFR content and THC of 5μg/gã€10μg/g and 50μg/g CK-70B3 were analysised. The results indicated that the trend of THC, SOD activity, PPO activity significantly increased and reduced, the trend of OFR content was opposite. |
