| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation in the treatment of patients with nonunion of extremities.Methods In this hospital from 2010 January to 2015 November were values of 48 cases of limbs after fracture nonunion were treated by BMSCs transplantation for treatment, after surgery for patients with antibiotics for the anti infection treatment, and regular follow-up observation, analysis of healing of fracture patients.Results This group of 48 cases of limbs bone nonunion in operation process were successfully completed, the postoperative follow-up time ranged from 12 to 16 months, average follow-up time (14.5+1.3) months; average callus was seen (2.6+0.8) months, the average time of fracture healing was (5.5+1.5) months.9 months after operation, 48 patients with limb pain 27.3+2.6 (points), ability of daily life of 12.4+2.2 (points), local soft tissue of 13.1+1.2 (points), X films of 18.3+1.5 (points), patient satisfaction was 18.4+1.7 (points) above were significantly before operation score and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In 48 patients, at the time of the latest follow-up the excellent and good rate reached 85.42%, the excellent and good rate was 100% in patients with fracture of ulna, humerus fractures in patients with the excellent and good rate was 90.91%, the excellent and good rate was 72.27% in patients with femur, tibia with the excellent and good rate was 78.57%, four types of bone nonunion patients at the final follow-up excellent rate between the limb function has no statistical significance (Fisher== 4.114, P= 0.249> 0.05).Conclusion The four limbs bone nonunion of fracture were treated by BMSCs transplantation therapy can achieve good clinical effect, worthy of clinical application. |
