Objectives:To explore the polymorphisms of angiotensin converting enzyme 2(A CE-2)gene and its relation to natural longevity and in the Xinjang Uygur people.M ethods: 321 longevity and centenarians from Hotan group was divided into longevi ty(longevity hypertension group and control group longevity), and this group durin g the same area and longevity without any kinship 92 in 61-73 years natural death between the Uighur population as a control group, application Sequenom Mass Ar ry IPLE technology platform(spectrochip 11-G384 chip) completed six loci rs1514283 single nucleotide polymorphism gene(SNP) detection, using SAS Logistic soft ware assessment case-control associated with each SNP loci in Uygur natural longe vity of hypertension research and analysis drawn between, after Bonferroni correcti on, p <0.05 was considered statistically different. Results: ACE-2 gene rs1514283A/ G and rs4646176 C / G susceptibility loci associated with hypertension, OR great er than 1.20. Two point GG homozygous genotype hypertension was significantly g reater than the risk of heterozygous AG or CG genotype, OR values were 2.699 v s.1.351 and 2.903 vs.1.454. rs233575 T / C polymorphism loci for the protection of sites of hypertension risk, case / control comparison, TC and CC heterozygous ge notype homozygous genotype OR individual value is less than 0.80, respectively, 0.643(TC) and 0.745(CC). Rest rs2158083, rs879922, rs714205 three loci, heterozy gous or homozygous genotype show a different risk. rs2158083 T / C, TC heterozy gous OR, 0.515, opposite homozygous CC OR of 1.261. Between the two groups,(P> 0.05), may be related to the number of samples or sample particularity, pendin g further verification. Conclusion: ACE-2 gene rs1514283 A / G and rs4646176 C /G susceptibility loci associated with hypertension. rs233575 T / C polymorphism lo ci for the protection of sites of high blood pressure risk.
