Objective: To analyze the clinical features and diagnostic methods of female patients with reproductive dysplasia. Methods: 494 Female patients with reproductive dysplasia that had been treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University gynaecology Department during December 2009 to December 2014 were included to retrospectively analyze the clinical features,constituent ratio and diagnostic methods.Results: ?of 494 cases 574 of patients exhibited female reproductive dysplasia. In 494 patients with female reproductive dysplasia part of them complicated with two or more than two types of dysplasia. among them 426 patients had single organ dysplasia. Accounted for 86.24%(426/494), 68 patients double organs or triorgans dysplasia, accounting for 13.76%(68/494). dysplasia was mainly in Uterine,accounting for 78.92%(453/574),Followed by vaginal dysplasia, accounting for 16.20%(93/574). ?the youngest patient was 1years old, the oldest 74 years old, average age 29.33 years old, The median age was 29 years. Age distribution mainly concentrated in the pubertal growth period.?369 of 494 patients(74.70%)were treated by operation, among them 343 cases underwent a single surgical treatment, 26 cases underwent two operative methods for treatment. No surgical treatment for 125 cases. Conclusion: In the reproductive system dysplasia, uterine dysplasia is common, with the highest incidence of mediastinal uterus, Part of the patients are complicated with urinary dysplasia, Abnormal reproductive system development has a great influence on female fertility and mental conditions. The necessity and methods of operation depend on the type and degree of reproductive dysplasia.
