| Objective: To understand the blood pressure levels and the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure in Hetian of Xinjiang Uygur natural longevity families. Methods:Blood pressure level were measured in 52 Uighur natural longevity families consisted of562 people and 61 Uighur non-longevity families consisted of 608 human subjects, who were randomly elected in Hotan of Xinjiang from March 2014 to March 2015, and the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure was calculated. Results: The SBP, DBP and detection rate of abnormal blood pressure of natural longevity families are less than non-longevity families( P < 0.05). The SBP, DBP of natural longevity families are positively correlated with age(r was 0.506 and 0.401 respectively,P<0.001). The SBP,DBP of non-longevity families are positively correlated with age(r was 0.719 and 0.415 respectively, P < 0.001). The detection rate of abnormal blood pressure of natural longevity families and non-longevity families are positively correlated with age(r was0.365 and 0.468 respectively,P<0.001). The DBP in men of natural longevity families is less than non-longevity families(P<0.05). The SBP, DBP and detection rate of abnormal blood pressure in women of natural longevity families are less than non-longevity families(P<0.05). The DBP from age 0 to 10, 40 to 50 of natural longevity families are less than non-longevity families(P<0.05). The SBP, DBP and detection rate of abnormal blood pressure from age 50 to 60, 60 to 70, 70 to 80 of natural longevity families are less than non-longevity families(P<0.05). The SBP and detection rate of abnormal blood pressure from age 80 to 90 of natural longevity families are less than non-longevity families(P<0.05). Conclusion: The blood pressure and detection rate of abnormal blood pressure of Uygur natural longevity families in Hetian of Xinjiang are significantly less than non-longevity families, especially women and 50 years old and above. |
