The Clinical Analysis Of Prognosis Of Adjuvant Therapy Of Early Low-differentiation Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To prognosis of adjuvant therapy of early simply low-differentiation cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Method: A total of 103 patients of early simply low-differentiation cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Tumor hospital from 2002 January to 2011 December were enrolled for the retrospective analysis. The patients were divided into two groups: Adjuvant Therapy Group(Therapy Group) and Simple Surgery Group(Follow-up Group), 39 of Therapy Group, 63 of Follow-up Group. We compared and evaluated their prognosis and side effects of Therapy Group. Result: Total recurrence rate is 9.71%(10/103), total death rate is 13.6%(14/103), the recurrence rate of Therapy Group and Follow-up Group are 74.7%(47/63) and 95.0%(38/40), the differentiation is significant(P<0.05). The disease free survival of Therapy Group and Follow-up Group are 25.4%(16/63), 7.5%(3/40), the differentiation is significant(P=0.037). And the over all survival of Therapy Group and Follow-up Group are 81.0%(12/63), 95.0%(2/40), the differentiation is no significant(P=0.061). Among patients who received radiotherapy, ten patients had radiation enteritis, 15 patients had myelosuppression, 2 patients had radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis. Among patients who received chemotherapy, 13 patients had myelosuppression, 10 patients had gastrointestinal reaction, 2 patients had hepatic function damage, all of those patients got better after symptomatic treatment, 2 patients gave up the last time of brachytherapy for the intolerableness of side-effects, patients who received chemotherapy all finished the whole therapy. Conclusion: Adjuvant chemoradiation is viable for the patients of postoperative early simply low-differentiation cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the side effects can be cure, and patients can tolerate. This therapy has better short and long term curative effects.
