Meteorological Evidence Of ZhongYun And KeYun And Analysis Of Four Cases With YunQi Theory

The theory of Yunqi is ancient research about relationship between climate changing and life fitness. It combines astronomy、 meteorology、biology、calendar、 medical science、phenology and so on. This theory makes Ganzhi as deduction tool, analysis the relationship between Yunqi and climate changing, thus deduces the law of the disease.As essential theories of the basic theories of Chinese traditional medicine, Yunqi theory makes important role. There is a view in Traditional Chinese medicine field that if someone cannot understand Yunqi, though he reads all medical books, he knows nothing. Visibly, Yunqi theory plays crucial role in clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, promotes the basic theory of TCM’s formation and development.For more study of Yunqi theory, this article tries to do some elementary exploration with the following aspects:(1) Using meteorological data to analysis the character of "Yun"."Yun" has important status in Canon of Internal Medicine. however all previous dynasties consider Sixqi(六气)when they used Yunqi theory in the clinic, especially Keqi(客气),and rarely mentioned Zhongyun(中运)and Keyun(客运)Zhongyun、Keyun and climate changing in related research is less. This article selects 129 weather stations which have 60 years (1954-2013) complete meteorological data through the Nation. Then these stations will be divided into the east China, northeast, southwest, and south, northwest. Make an analysis on the relationship between the year of accumulated temperature and Zhongyun from the overall and local. Find that although different sites region have a big difference, the characteristics of cold and warm trend are stable. It can be associated with Canon of Internal Medicine on each other, that it is necessary to study on’’Yun", and it also can provide data support for better understanding of Yunqi theory, and their application in the clinical setting.(2) Analyze the relationship between Sixqi and disease.<Liu Wei Zhi Da Lun>、 <Qi Jiao Bian Da Lun>、<Liu Yuan Zheng Ji Da Lun> deep describe the character of "Qi", for example, the ups and downs of "Qi", but they analyze from the philosophical level much more. In this paper, through the statistical analysis of meteorological data nearly 60 years, find that regular changes of "Qi" and the incidence of disease matches Neijing philosophical description in the data. It analyzes the character of "Qi" and the outbreaks of disease from the description of data, and help us grasp the law of disease, to provide a more accurate reference for physicians clinical.(3) The prediction of disease outbreaks for TCM is based on the Yunqi theory. Its core is "there years of the epidemic" theory. In this paper, we will combine meteorological data and Yunqi theory to explore the use of disease analysis, for example, in SARS, Ebola, H7N9, dengue fever, and use Yunqi theory explain the changes of diseases, then establish the disease outbreaks of mechanisms.
