Influence Of Liraglutide On Insulin Resistance With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To expore the influence of Liraglutide on insulin resistance with type 2 diabetes mellitus, find the correlation between endothelin, adiponectin and insulin resistance. Methods:Collect 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, divided them into three groups randomly, among them, 30 patients with liraglutide combined glucophage as experimental group 1, 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with glimepiride combined glucophage as experimental group 2,30 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with the use of glucophage as control group. Compared the change before and after 3 month treated with medicine, the glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR), serum adiponectin and endothelin(ET)were compared among the three groups. Results:Glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR), serum adiponectin and endothelin in the experimental group 1 were significantly higher than those in the experimental group 2 and control group. Conclusion:Liraglutide can improve the insulin resistanc and protect vascular endothelial cells, by adding adiponectin and reducing endothelin. Poor glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes used Liraglutide,improve insulin resistance obviously better than Glimepiride Tablets.
