Objective:The aim of this study is to discuss the relationship between the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) patients and Herpes Zoster’s incidence and SLE patients with Herpes Zoster possible risk factor, using a clinical characteristics, using retrospective study method to review the SLE patients with Herpes Zoster from the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in March 2012 to June 2015. Method:In the first chapter, adopt the method of retrospective cohort study; Draw on March 1, 2012 to June 30, 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University of SLE patients in hospital information, according to standard and rule out in accordance with choice of SLE queue, control group adopts the crowd incidence; Follow-up, in patients with SLE in the queue for herpes zoster is ending incidents, observe the end of December 31, 2105. To get the data using SPSS17.0 software, this paper compares and analyzes calculation 2value and relative risk(RR). The second chapter, adopt the method of case-control study, in 25 patients with SLE with herpes zoster were exposed group, 50 cases of randomly drawn from SLE queue SLE patients as control group, compared two groups of patients age, gender, usage of glucocorticoid and related laboratory index, the data obtained using logistic regression analysis, multiple factors analysis of the related risk factors for SLE patients with herpes zoster. Result:Totally 908 cases of SLE patients were selected into the queue, 42 of them happened to herpes zoster, incidence rates is about 4.62% and 0.10% in general population, the RR value of 47.81(95% CI: 36.72-68.32), with significant statistical difference(P< 0.001); SLE is a risk factor for herpes zoster. For patients with SLE, glucocorticoid is a major risk factor for herpes zoster. Conclusion:Patients with SLE have an extremely high risk of occurring herpes zoster. We need to pay attention to the dose of glucocorticoid using in clinical work to prevent varicella-zoster virus infection.
