Objesctive:To explore the relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid levels and colorectal cancer,through the analysis and comparison of the blood glucose and blood lipid levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods: To collect colonoscopy who meet the inclusion criteria for the records from February 2014 to December 2015 In the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and outpatient medical examination.According to the results of endoscopy and biopsy pathology were divided into two groups:60 cases of Colorectal cancer(CRC Colorectal Cancer) group, 90 cases of normal control group.Clinical data of selected patients were collected,Including gender,age, blood lipids and blood glucose levels.The levels of serum lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C,HDL-C) and blood glucose(FPG, PPG) in colorectal cancer group and normal control group were compared,and the levels of serum lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) and blood glucose(FPG, PPG) in different location, sex and ethnic groups in colorectal cancer group.To analysis the relationship between glucose metabolism, abnormal blood lipid and colorectal cancer.Each group of data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0software.Results:The serum levels of TG, FPG, PPG in colorectal cancer group were higher than the normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the serum TC, HDL-C, LDL-C were lower than the normal control group(P<0.05).Colorectal cancer group left side of the colon and rectum TG levels were higher than the right side of the colon(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the two sides serum of levels TC, LDL-C,HDL-C, FPG and PPG(P>0.05).Men in the group with colorectal cancer serum TG, FPG, PPG higher than female patients(P<0.05);The male in the serum TC, HDL, LDL-C lower than female colorectal cancer group(P< 0.05).Uighur groups of colorectal cancer serum TG, FPG, PPG levels higher than the Han of colorectal cancer(P<0.05);Uighur serum TC, HDL-C, LDL-C lower than the Han of colorectalcancer group(P<0.05).Colorectal cancer group of high TG, low HDL-C, high FPG, high PPG abnormal cases were higher than the normal control group(P<0.01);There was no difference between high TC, high LDL-C colorectal cancer group and normal control group(P>0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high TG, low HDL-C, high FPG and high PPG were the risk factors for colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were differences in blood glucose and blood lipid levels among different parts of colorectal cancer group;The relationship between blood lipid,blood glucose level and the occurrence of colorectal cancer;The high TG, high FPG, PPG and lowHDL-C are the risk factors of rectal cancer of Colorectal cancer.
