The Comparison Of PAHG Implants Removed At The Same Time Silicon Gel Prosthesis Implants Into The Art Of Line And The Second Phase Of Silicon Gel Prosthesis Implantation

Objective: To investigate the best time of silicone gel breast prosthesis implantation after medical polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for breast augmentation was removed.Design: Retrospective study.Methods: 60 cases were included in breast augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection, a total of 120 breasts.All patients had no adverse reaction.They were divided into two groups(A and B), each group of 30 patients.Patients in group A were taken out of the PAHG combined with the same period after the surgery.Patients in group B were implanted with silicon gel prosthesis after 6 months of PAHG removal.After implantation of silicone gel prosthesis, the patients were observed and followed up.The investigators recorded the time of patient’s drainage tube extraction and the patients’ satisfaction of 1 weeks, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery.Results: After 12 months follow-up, A group compared with B group were statistically significant difference in drainage tube pulling time(P<0.05).Statistical analysis of the number of complications in patients with 12 months after implantation of silicone gel prosthesis.The analysis results were as follows,the pain and the incidence of adverse morphology was statistically significant(P < 0.05).But there was no significant difference in the incidence of hemorrhage and hematoma, infection, and capsular contracture(P > 0.05).There was no statistical significance of the two groups with a total complication of 12 months after implantation of silicone gel prosthesis(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in A group than that in group B after 1 weeks of silicone gel prosthesis implantation(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups with silicone gel prosthesis implantation after 6 months or 12 months(P < 0.05). Conclusion: In patients with implant removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel after combined silicone prosthesis implantation than two stage silicon gel prosthesis implantation get more satisfaction, there were fewer complications incidence rate, while the time to place the drainage of the corresponding shortened, It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
