Objective: To investigate the changes of umbilical artery pulsation index(UA- PI),middle cerebral artery pulsation index(MCA-PI), Cerebral-to-placental resistance ratio(CPR) in SV fetuses with pulmonary obstruction and in SV fetuses with aortic obstruction.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 53 cases SV fetal MCA and UA and CPR parameters.The case group is divided into two groups :group 1 is SV fetuses with aortic obstruction;group 2 is SV fetuses with pulmonary obstruction. Continuous included 65 cases of gestational age matched normal fetus and disease group as normal control group. UA- PI,MCA-PI of parameters(Z- scores) after conversion for statistical analysis. Results: Case group and control group in MCA- PI Z score、UA- PI Z score and CPR there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05). Cases 1 MCA-PI below cases in group 2(P<0.05)and the control group(P <0.05). UA-PI in two comparison among different cases,there was no significant difference were significant(P = 0.093). Cases 1 CPR below cases in group 2(P <0.05)and the control group(P <0.05),Cases in group 2 CPR and the control group in CPR there was no significant difference were significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion:At different levels of different types of SV fetal cerebral vascular resistance change,Prompt consolidation has different degree of different types of SV fetal brain circulation compensatory response.
