Objective: to study the value of the level of anti müllerian hormone(anti- müllerian hormone, AMH) to assess ovarian function of the postoperative patients with total hysterectomy in the near future. Methods: choose 2014 July to October 2015, the premenopausal women from autonomous region people’s hospital with uterine fibroids, due to uterine fibroids line of laparoscopic total hysterectomy additional line at the same time, a total of 35 patients with bilateral salpingectomy(observation group), requires a total of 22 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy alone(control group). extraction of venous blood 5 ml;Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay, ELISA) method to detect the level of AMH in the serum Preoperative and postoperative 3 months. Conclusion the result of statistics analysis Results:(1) total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy group of preoperative and postoperative AMH concentration were 0.4303±0.45500 ng/ml, 0.2105±0.45578 ng/ml, two groups of level have obvious difference(P<0.05);Simple total hysterectomy group of preoperative and postoperative AMH concentration were 0.4900±0.46732 ng/ml, 0.1868±0.30595 ng/ml, two groups of level have obvious difference(P<0.05).Two groups of preoperative postoperative AMH concentration had no significant difference(P>0.05).AMH concentration in the experimental group stage proliferation and secretion of patients were 0.4729±0.48337 ng/ml, 0.3900±0.43659 ng/ml, no obvious difference(P>0.05);In the control group patients with stage proliferation and secretion of AMH concentration were 0.4650±0.44710 ng/ml, 0.3900±0.43659 ng/m1, no significant difference(P>0.05).Stage proliferation and secretion of between the two groups were compared, had no statistical difference,(P>0.05). Conclusion: 1 total hysterectomy can affect ovarian reserve function of the uterus, but at the same time of removal of bilateral fallopian tube did not increase the effect, intraoperative preventive resection of bilateral fallopian tube 2 AMH level in different menstrual cycle is stable, is ideal for ovarian reserve function evaluation index.
