Objective: through this experiment, to observe the effect of TangZhiQing Granula on STZ induced diabetic rats (SD rats) to intervene, determination of connective tissue of diabetic rat myocardial tissue growth factor (CTGF), transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) content changes, to explore the mechanism and effect of TangZhiQing target particle control diabetic cardiomyopathy, explore new ideas, for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy and provide experimental data of objective, true, scientific.Methods: healthy male SD rats weighing 180-220 grams of 50; control group (n=10), fed with normal diet for 8 weeks; The experimental group (n=40),fed with high fat diet for 8 weeks, injection of small dose of streptozotocin damage in rat pancreatic beta cells, resulting in a rat model of type 2 diabetes. Rats were randomly divided into the model after the success of the fum group, the model group (n=9), middle-dose groun (n=9),high dose group (n=9), western medicine group (irbesartan group) (n=9). Model group, Chinese medicine group, western medicine group continue to feed with high fat feed; delivery 4 weeks. In the eighth and 12 weeks, the changes of blood glucose detection rats, Twelfth weeks in rats, using immunohistochemical expression of the content of CTGF, TGF-β1 was detected in the myocardium of rats.Results:1 compared with the normal group, model group rats blood glucose, blood lipid and myocardial CTGF, TGF-β1 increased, with statistical significance.2 compared with the model group, Chinese medicine administration rats blood glucose, blood lipid and myocardial tissue CTGF, TGF-β1 was significantly lower, with statistical significance.3 different groups of rats blood glucose, blood lipid and myocardial tissue CTGF, TGF-β1 Comparison between the groups, there was no significant difference between.Knot theory: of TangZhiQing expression of CTGF, TGF-beta 1 myocardial tissue granule could inhibit STZ induced type 2 diabetic rats and can improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid levels in rats, suggesting Chinese herbal compound tangzhiqing particles can control diabetic cardiomyopathy.
