Objective:To investigate the occurrence rate of Acute inferior wall myocardial infarction(AMI) complicated with second degrees of type II and three degree atrioventricular block(AVB) incidence, and the time to restore sinus rhythm.Method:one thousand one hundred and eighty patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction(AMI)were enrolled in this study. We select fifty-two of them with the second type II and thrid degree atrioventricular block(AVB) and Calculate the incidence rate and the time to restore sinus rhythm.Results:(1)the incidence of second type II and thrid degree atrioventricular block(AVB)after acute inferior wall myocardial infarction was 4.40%.The second type II AVB is 0.34%, Ⅲ°AVB, is 4.06%.(2)the majority of patients can restore in a short time(8 h or less), in a critical condition, low blood pressure, cardiac shock combined by temporary pacemakerimplantation can also restore sinus rhythm. In this study a total of 14 patients have temporary pacemaker implanted, and nobody have not been able to recept permanent pacemaker implantation.(3) Acute inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated way block recovery time and the patient’s sex, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, diabetes, the proportion of the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Acute inferior wall myocardial infarction patients with atrioventricular block combined revascularization and recovery time were significantly different(P < 0.05).( 4) combined with acute inferior myocardial infarction patients with atrioventricular block Vascular variables and the presence of significant recovery time.Conclusions:(1) acute inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated type II second degree or third degree atrioventricular block of morbidity and mortality is low, Consider the dual blood supply and atrioventricular node and timely opening of occluded coronary related.(2) acute inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated type II second degree or third degree atrioventricular patients, most patients may self-healing in the short term, some in critical condition, hypotension, cardiogenic shock patients may require temporary pacemaker implantation;(3)the permanent pacemaker implantation in patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated type II second degree or third degree atrioventricular blockmay not need;(4) The recovery time may not be associated with sex, age, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, diabetes and so on;(5)The recovery time may be related to if the patients recept opening occluded coronary artery, coronary lesion count and so on.
