| Objective: Using Bushentiaojing for accept several times in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer pregnancy appear ovarian response in patients with poor treatment, observation of patients clinical symptoms, improve assessment of ovarian function, guided by the basic theory of TCM, the preliminary discussion on Chinese traditional medicine pretreatment possible role in improving ovarian function mechanism of the intervention of assisted reproductive technology for traditional Chinese medicine clinical research provides new ideas.Method: 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(30 cases each).(1) Treatment group: patients after the menstrual period, taking Bushentiaojing 4 agent, continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles.(2) The control group: Ou Go Ron(wild yam compound soft capsule), each time 1 grain(including DHEA25mg), 2 times a day. In a menstrual cycle, for a period of treatment, taking three consecutive period of treatment. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of menoxenia symptoms improve the situation, and TCM syndrome integral table statistics score; Records of 2-3 days based sex hormone levels during the menstrual cycle, sinus follicle number.
