Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of modified taorenhonghuajian on the treatment the NSCLC syndrome of of qi stagnation and blood stasis. To explore the methods of treatment of senile NSCLC of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. To provide ideas and methods which can be used for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile NSCLC syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Content: To study the clinical effect of modified taorenhonghuajian on the treatment the NSCLC syndrome of of qi stagnation and blood stasis. The effect of the prescription is measured by the changes of TCM symptom score、PS score 、tumor marker(CEA,CYFRA21-1)、PT and FIB.Methods: The cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table. Each group included 20 cases,The effect of the prescription is measured by the changes which is before and after the remedy. Each group was made a effect evaluation by charges of date which is pretherapy and post-therapy, which are TCM symptom score、PS score、tumor marker(CEA、CYFRA21-1)、PT and FIB.The results are statistically analyzed.Result:1.The treatment group and the control group can be reduced in patients with TCM symptom score, the difference before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptom score in two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05), which showed that the clinical symptoms in both groups had been improved, while the treatment group had a better effect than the control group. There were also significant differences between the two groups after the treatment of the clinical efficacy of each group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.2.PS scores after treatment were improved in the two groups(P < 0.05), the comparison between the two groups was better than the control group(P < 0.05), with statistical significance.3.After treatment, the indexes of blood hypercoagulable state of patients in the two groups were improved,The indexes of two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05) before and after treatment group comparisons.while the indexes had no significant difference(P > 0.05) between the two groups after treatment.4.There was no significant decrease or increase in tumor markers in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant, and the P value was above 0.05.5.All safety indexes was not statistically significant(P > 0.05) before and after treatment, suggesting that modified taorenhonghuajian had good safety. Conclusion:The research results show that modified taorenhonghuajian in the treatment of the senile NSCLC syndrome of of qi stagnation and blood stasis is significantly better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy, PS score, and statistical analysis with significant differences.Indexes of blood hypercoagulable state in patients in the two groups both improved in varying degrees after than before treatment, but there is no significant difference between groups. Two groups of tumor markers were no significant change before and after treatment. This study tips it that modified taorenhonghuajian can not only correct the blood hypercoagulable state, but also make a curative effect on TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy and PS score for senile NSCLC syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. It enable the patient to have a better physics conditions for the following...
