Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years in C hina.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture can treat many diseases, and treatment effect is obvious, and acupuncture is also popular with many patients.But because of the lack of corresponding theoretical basis and some scientific means of explanation, at present, the process of the development of the acupuncture is very slow,the research of Yongquan point、Yanglingquan point、Taichong point is very few, so in order to promote the speed of the research of acupunturing Yongquan point、Yanglingquan point、Taichong point,we must combine modern science and technology with acupuncture,and we can argument the diseases and the acupunture effects from the angle of the qualitative and quantitative.Now the research of acupuncturing Yongquan point, Yanglingquan point, Taichong point is based on Functional magnetic resonance, CT and electroencephalogram, but these methods have some limitations.This paper puts forward a new type of medical imaging technology—the experimental research of different acupuncture based on photoacoustic tomography imaging systems.Photoacoustic tomography imaging scan technology is a medical imaging technique developed rapidly in recent years, it has high contrast, high resolution and has no damage.So in this paper we combine photoacoustic imaging technology and acupuncture experiment, and verify the effect on the brain blood of the white mouse of acupuncturing Yongquan point, Yanglingquan point, Taichong point through many experiments.In this paper, the main work is the experimental research of acupuncturing Yongquan point, Yanglingquan acupoint, Taichong point based on photoacoustic tomography imaging system the main contents are as follows:1 、 Mainly introduce the research process of acupunturing Yongquan point, Yanglingquan point, Taichong point at home and abroad,and expound the shortcomings of traditional medical imaging technology, and introduce the advantages of the photoacoustic imaging technology compared with traditional medical imaging technology,and introduce the development of the photoacoustic tomo graphy imaging technology in brain imaging applications.2、Mainly analyze the interaction between ultrasonic and organization from the Angle of the theory,and introduce the detection method of photoacoustic signal,these provide the theory foundation for our experimental research.3、Mainly introduces the construction principle of the experimental system, hardware components, software platform and the imaging algorithm of photoacoustic imaging system.4、By phantom experiments we validate the feasibility of the experimental system, in addition,we give the relative height between mice cortex and transducer by the vivo experiments.At last,by the experiment of acupuncturing Yongquan point, Yanglingquan acupoint, Taichong acupoint,we confirm that the photoacoustic imaging system can detect the effect on the mice’s brain blood flow of acupuncturing different acupoint and the different influence of acupuncturing different acupoint,so it can explain that PAT system id suitable for acup uncture research,which further expands the application fields of photoacoustic imaging, and increase a new way for future acupuncture theory research at the same time.
