Study On The Demand And Scheduling Optimization Of Medical Escort Service For The Aged

With the increasing of the aged population, the aging has become a major problem in China’s society. With the increasing demand for care and medical services, the traditional family endowment service(children as main support) is often unable to meet the medical service demand of the elderly; especially there is objectively, serious imbalance between supply and demand situations in the elderly medical escort service problems. Therefore, with the serious shortage of medical care ability of family and social organizations, it is particularly important to make third party service institutions share part of care pressure for the aged by offering medical escort service.In order to study the needs of medical escort service, the present situation of family and social organizations to find out the gap between demands and existing medical care resources and the reasons.This paper builds medical escort supply system after considering three main factors in medical escort supply system(family, social organizations and the third party). In order to explore the gap between demand of medical care of elderly people and existing medical nursing resources, method of statistical analysis is used in this paper, and according to the results of the questionnaire survey, we evaluate demand of medical care of elderly people and existing medical nursing resources.In order to further explor reasons for the gap between the demand of medical care of elderly people and existing medical nursing resources, this paper uses regression analysis and structural equation model(SEM) to explore the impact of possible influencing factors. Through analysis and research, the paper provides a theoretical support to improve medical care ability of existing medical nursing resources(family and social organizations).Due to the fact that existing medical nursing resources(family and social organization) can’t meet demand of medical care of elderly people, this paper puts forward countermeasures of introducing third party service institutions in medical escort supply system.Medical escort service offered by the third party service institutions is an important method in today’s society to resolve the elderly medical companion deficiency with limited medical care ability of family and social organizations and the application of intelligent medical technology. In order to optimize service cost and service quality of the third party service institutions, in this paper, the model of service scheduling is explored, and the model is solved by heuristic algorithm. The strategy of reducing the cost of service and improving quality of service by scheduling management is constructed.In order to promote the sustainable development of medical service offered by the third party service institutions, the government, the family and the social organization should be shared. The government needs to protect the standardization operation of the service from the system level; the family needs correct understanding and choice of the medical service from the family’s point of view. Social organizations need to participate in the business from enterprise’s level. Protect long-term operation and development of medical services through the efforts of all parties.
