Objective To observe the influence of remifentanil preconditioning on the oxidative damage by renal ischemia reperfusion in rats.Assess the expression of SOD and MDA and observe the change of kidney by microscope. To investigate the mechanism of action about remifentanil's anti-RIRI.Methods Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham operation group(S group), ischemia reperfusion group (IR group), remifentanil of low dose(L group), remifentanil of high dose (H group).Each group cut the rignt renal to avoid it's substitution action.In S group, infuse physiological solt solution for 30min.In IR group,30min's infusion of physiological solt solution was administrated before ischemia. In Lgroup,30min's infusion of remifentanil of 0.2μg·kg-1·min-1 was administrated before ischemia while that was 1μg·kg-1·min-1 in H group. Kill the rats at 0.5h,2h and 4h.Expression of SOD and MDA was assessed.Results The expression of SOD were significantly lower in IR,L,H than S group,while the MDA expression were significantly higher than S group.The difference between groups has statistical significance(P<0.01). The expression of SOD were significantly higher in L and H than IR group(P<0.01). The expression of MDA were significantly lower in L and H than IR group(P<0.01).H group has statistical significance on the expression of SOD(P<0.01).Conclusion Remifentanil preconditioning can relieve the renal oxidative damage by regulating SOD and MDA expression and protect renal from ischemia reperfusion damage.The protective effect of H group is more than L group.
