Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of children with community acquired pneumonia in hospitalized patients, the distribution and composition of different pathogens in children with pneumonia. In order to lung in early clinical empirical treatment provides an objective basis for the local children’s community, reduce the unreasonable use of antibiotic drugs. Methods From December 2014 to May 2015 of 509 cases with community acquired pneumonia diagnosis in children as the research object in the pediatric department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University Of Anhui. There were 309 men(60.71%), 200 cases were female(39.29%), the age range between January ~ 13 years old. Collect the statistics of the age, gender, duration of fever, hospitalization time, hospital duration and other general information. And clinical data: including peripheral venous blood collected all of the children were admitted to hospital within 24 hours, routine blood test, liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymes spectrum index and all the children of image science data and pathogenic examination results. After consolidating data, perform statistical analysis on data.ResultsOverall,299 cases had been detected with at least one pathogen, the positive rate was 58.74%.Among them,128 cases were MP positive(25.15%),90 cases were Influenza B virus positive(17.68%),49 cases were Parainfluenza virus positive(9.63%),18 cases were Respiratory syncytial virus positive(3.54%),18 cases were Adenovirus positive(3.54%),2 cases were Influenza A virus positive(0.39%),22 cases were Haemophilus influenzae positive(6.25%),17 cases were Streptococcus pneumoniae positive(4.83%),2 cases were Staphylococcus aureus positive(0.57%),1 case were Klebsiella pneumoniae positive(0.28%),1 case were Escherichia coli positive(0.28%.Two or more pathogens infections were present in 50 of 509 cases(9.63%).The detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae or virus have differences between the less than 3 years group and more than 3 years old group(P < 0.05),The age, ratio of fever and breathing, neutrophil percentage and C reactive protein of the cases with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia have differe nces with the cases which infected by influenza B virus. The ratio of breathing, admission body temperature, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and C reactive protein of the cases with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia have differences between the less than 5 years group and more than 5 years old group. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, influenza B virus and Haemophilus influenzae were common pathogens of CAP in children in this region.Virus was the main pathogen of CAP children under 3 years old, especially the influenza B virus.Mycoplasma pneumoniae was more prevalent in more than 3 years old children.More than 5 years old with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia have a heavier inflammatory reaction.Pneumonia community-acquired in children have different Clinical characteristics with different pathogens. The ratio of fever, neutrophil percentage and C reactive protein of the cases with mycoplasma pneumoniaepneumonia were higher than CAP children infected by influenza B virus, and lower ratio of breathing than CAP infected by influenza B virus.
