There are much botanical resources and a large number of folk drug formulations which has been used for many years in our country. "Natural plant antibacterial solution" was improved after the local traditional folk medicinal recipes prepared by Yunnan Pu’er Kelantan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and has been marketed containing safflower, Lithospermum, Lai days, eggplant and other Chinese herbal medicines Ruta Active ingredients. It has Showed some effects in certain healing after it been used of in skin wounds. Therefore, the company tries to do some in-depth research and further development then lets it been a new drugs for the treatment of skin ulcers. The present study aims to study the effect of "natural plant antibacterial solution" in diabetic skin ulcers and scald based on animal models on mouses and provid experimental basis for the further development of disinfectant.Diabetic foot ulcers is one of the most serious complications of diabetes and severe diabetic foot ulcers will result to amputation and even the death. Currently, there are not standard protocols on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in the clinical. Scald is another of the most common skin wounds in the daily life, a speedy recovery of wounds can let the injured return to normal life fast. Therefore, the study of diabetic skin ulcers and scald has important practical significance. In our studies, we constructed the mouse models of diabetic by intravenous injection of streptozotocin(60mg/kg) and then we constructed foot ulcers cauterized by sodium hydroxide(8M). The experiment was divided into positive control groups (recombinant human epidermal growth factor), the negative control groupss (50% alcohol solution), the experimental groups (natural plant antibacterial liquid) and the control groups (normal animal skin ulcer preparation,50% alcohol solution). The wound healing rate and biopsy was the main observations. The results showed that 14 days of treatment, the experimental group and positive group ulcer healing rates were 59.8% and 56.8% respectively, the difference between them was not statistically significant (P>0.05), significantly higher than the negative group which were 48.2%, It showed a statistically highly significant (P<0.01), 66.1% lower than the normal group, and statistically highly significant (P<0.01). By pathological inflammatory granulation tissue cells, new blood capillaries and observe, then build skin conditions, the results also showed that normal healing better than the experimental group and the positive group and negative group healing worst.Scald model of mouses was built with an iron heated in boiling water after contact with the skin back 15s. The experiment divided into positive control groups (recombinant human epidermal growth factor), the experimental groups (natural plant antibacterial liquid) and the negative control groups (50% alcohol). Ultimately we regarded the healing rate of wound and wound biopsy as the primary outcome measures. The results showed that the healing rate of wound in the positive groups was 90.2% and higher than the experimental groups and the negative groups, the healing rate of them were 75.7% and 50.5% respectively, the difference between the experimental groups and the negative groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the experimental groups and the positive groups was statistically highly significant(P<0.01). The biopsy also showed that the regeneration of skins on the experimental groups was high speeds and nearly completely, the positive groups was high speeds and far away from completion and the negative groups just began. Our studies found that the natural plant antibacterial solution could contribute to the regeneration of granulation tissue, fibroblasts and capillaries and we reached the conclusion about that the natural plant antibacterial solution has a positive effect on healing of diabetic foot ulcers and burn wounds by this way. We provide some experimental basis for further develop in treatment of skin wound healing for natural plant antibacterial solution.
