Objective: This assay mainly focuses on the prevalence and related risk factors of adult hyperuricemia in Anhui province.Methods: Analyze the data of 2010 chronic kidney diseases of adults in Anhui province in order to get basic information of the prevalence and associated risk factors of hyperuricemia.Results: According to the data of 2010 chronic kidney diseases of adults in Anhui province,there are 3800 adults with standard information, including 3374 with intact information. Among them 260 people were tested with hyperuricemia, including 133 male and 127 female patients. The rough prevalence of hyperuricemia in Anhui province is 7.71%. The logistic regression model showed that age, nationality, education level, obesity, drinking, and chronic kidney diseases are independent risk factors of hyperuricemia.Conclusion: The risk factors of hyperuricemia in Anhui province are in accordance with those of international research. The prevalence of HUA in male is higher than that in female. Besides that,the living habits such as drinking might increase the risk of hyperuricemia; some oxidase diseases such as hypertension, acute and chronic kidney diseases are associated with hyperuricemia.
