ObjectiveGTo evaluate the effect and experience of Pure endovascular aortic repair for the treatment of Stanford Type B aortic dissection involving aortic arch.MethodsClinical data of 20 patients with Stanford Type B aortic dissection involving aortic arch in the Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2010 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Male 11 cases (55%), female 9 cases (45%).31~55 years old, average age (43.63-5.40).Resultshe operation smoothly in all 20 patients with no serious neurological complications and Patients were well out of the hospital. Postoperative follow-up of 1~24 months, the average (13.63+5.45) months, blood flow remained in the false lumen distal to the exclusion area and was not covered by stent without proximate internal fistula or transplants malposition, thrombosis formed in the aortic false lumen of the graft exclusion segment in a month or so and false lumen disappeared in a year or so from Aortic CT angiography,on postoperativeConclusionEndovascular aortic repair is safe and effective in treatment of Stanford Type B aortic dissection involving aortic arch.Because Pure aortic lumen isolation technique relative to other operation has advantages of simple operation, mild trauma, rapid recovery. Its long-term effect and surgical indications need large sample contrast research, in order to obtain more objective evaluation.
