Urethral Cystoscopy Application In Patients With Hematuria

Objective:To explore the risk factors for urosepsis following flexible uroterescopy lithotripsy by analyzing the clinical data from the respected flexible uroterescopy nephrolithotomy patients. Methods:From Ougust 2013 to fewral 2014, 187 pationts underwent flexible uroterescopy lithotripsy in the First Afflicated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Uniwersity were analysed retrospectively. A total of 21 cases of with urosepsis and 166 patients without urosepsis were retrospectively analyzed by case control study to explore the risk factors. Statistically significant materials after using t-test and chi-square test were analysed by multivariate logistic regression method. Results:By t-test and chi-square test analysis, urosepsis following flexible uroterescopy lithotripsy was correlated with gender,diabetes,stone burden,operative time,positive urine culture(P<0.05).After introduction of multifactor non-conditional logistic regression analysis,it was showed that gender(OR=0.293), stone burden(OR =1.135), operative time(OR=1.042)and positive urine culture(OR=9.883)were the main risk factors. Conclusion:gender, stone burden, operative time, positive urine culture independent risk factors of flexible uroterescopy lithotripsy. Patients with these high-risk factors should be highly alert and evaluate risk factors to reduce urosepsis.
