Objective: to determine the content of trace elements in serum of PD patients according to TCM constitution classification of Parkinson’s disease patients, and to explore the relationship between TCM Constitution and trace elements in PD. Methods: to make a survey of 2012- 01 / 2015- source of 12 cases in 2012- 01 / 2015- 12 visits to visit in the New Medical University Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Yili, and Hotan Prefecture, Aksu Prefecture, Korla, Hami, Altay Prefecture hospital outpatient and hospitalization in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Determination of patients with TCM Constitution, also were collected in the morning play elbow venous blood, by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of serum trace elements(Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn), and over the same period of the Na group were compared. Conclusion: results: 203 cases of Parkinson’s disease patients physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine to biased matter majority, accounting for about 75% of the total number of cases, and the Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency constitution,qi stagnation more common, accounting for about 96% of the biased constitution, and the control group, Parkinson’s disease patients with iron, zinc content decreased, the difference is significant(P < 0.01); manganese content decreased, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); and both the copper content compared with no statistical significance. Parkinson’s disease of qi deficiency and the control group with normal quality comparison, Parkinson Qi deficiency group, low zinc content, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the copper, iron and manganese; Parkinson’s disease of Yang deficiency and the control group with normal quality comparison, Parkinson Yang deficiency of iron andmanganese content is low. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), copper and zinc was not statistically significant; Parkinson’s disease of yin deficiency and the control group with normal quality comparison, Parkinson Yin deficiency group of copper, iron, manganese content is low, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), no statistical significance of zinc; Qi stagnation and the control of Parkinson’s disease flat and low quality comparison, Parkinson group of Qi stagnationconstitution zinc and manganese content, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), copper and iron was not statistically significant; Parkinson disease and quality control group and gentleness,Parkinson and iron group, The zinc content was low, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between copper and manganese. Conclusion: the distribution of TCM Constitution in Parkinson’s disease patients is not balanced, and the. The biased quality is mainly concentrated in Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi stagnation and qi stagnation. Parkinson’s disease patients with a small amount of trace element deficiency or disorder phenomenon, should pay attention to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Differences in the amount of trace levels of patients with Parkinson’s disease, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment should pay attention to the difference.
