Objective:To study the relationship between IL23/Th17 signal pathway and psoriasis vulgaris of spleen dysfunction due to dampness group in xinjiang han.It give pathogenesis a further diagnosis basis with psoriasis vulgaris of spleen dysfunction due to dampness in xinjiang han. Methods:Collected 3 cases blood samples from psoriasis vulgaris of spleen dysfunction due to dampness in xinjiang han,3 cases blood specimens from han healthy people.To be a case-control study.The blood specimens were collected for RNA extraction,quantitative and qualitative check,cRNA synthesis,tag,hybridization,gene chip scan on Agilent after elution profiles. The Feature Extraction software deal with original image to extract the raw data.Then using Genespring software to carries on the quantile standardization and subsequent processing.To filtering the standardized data,then pairwise comparison.There is at least a group of 100% of the probe is marked as Detected left for subsequent analysis in each group of samples which is used to compare.
