Objective: Through the detection and analysis of antibiotic resistance related genes from multi-drug resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii to clarify the major mechanism of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to the commonly used antibiotics. And to guide further clinical therapy and the prevention and control of the outbreak.Methods:Those strains were identified by the VITEK-MS instrument and VITEK-2 compact automated microbial analyzer,and the relative drug susceptibility were tested by VITEK-2 compact,and additional testing using K-B paper method. Analyzing breakpoint susceptibility testing were judged according to CLSI M100-S24 standard. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) to detect its related resistant genes.Results: Except for cefoperazone-sulbactam and polymyxin B,the drug resistance rate of the 71 stains Acinetobacter baumannii were more than 50%.24 kinds of resistant genes(SHV、TEM、PER、CTX-M-1、CTX-M-9、SPM、IMP、NDM-1、ADC、OXA-23、OXA-24、OXA-51、OXA-58、aac(6’)-Ib、aac(3)-I、aac(3)-II、ant(3’’)-I、qnrS、intl1、intl2、traA、tnpU、merA、qacE△1-sul1)were positive among the 71 stains Acinetobacter baumannii,and the positive rate were 8.5%、84.5%、8.5%、2.8%、5.6%、1.4%、1.4%、1.4%、100%、91.5%、1.4%、95.8%、7.0%、31.0%、67.6%、83.1%、88.7%、1.4%、100.0%、4.2%、22.5%、77.5%、1.4%、100.0%respectively. Wherein the proportion of strains carry six or more genes of up to 100%,while a total of 41 strains carrying ADC, TEM, OXA-23 OXA-51 four resistance gene, accounting for 57.7%, and there are two that carry 14 kinds of resistance drug gene, susceptibility results are displayed extensively drug resistant bacteria.Conclusion: The important reason of Acinetobacter baumannii for the high rate of resistant to several drugs is carrying more resistant genes in one same strains.
