Background and Object The distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii is just junior than Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Gram-negative bacteria which infected burn wound,the separation rate of Acinetobacter baumannii increased year after year,especially multi-drug resistance(Multdrug Resistant,MDR) Acinetobacter baumannii has become important pathogens which have break out and prevalent in burn ward,the Sensitivity of These multi-drug resistant strains which resist to the carbapenem antibiotic sensitivity is decreased year after year, which engender a challenge to the clinical anti-infective treatment,In order to explore the drug fast characteristics of Acinetobacter baumannii which multi-drug resistant and carbonpenem enzymes homology and gone type,we conducted a molecular biology research to the MDR strains which isolated from burn ward of our hospital in 2006,6-2007,12,in addition to conducted a molecular biology research about multi-drug resistance mechanisms and carbonpenem enzymes,identify the mechanism and drug fast characteristic of Acinetobacter baumannii which is multi-drug resistant and isolated from Gansu Provincial People's Hospital.Method Drug susceptibility was determined by K-B;BLA vim,BLA imp,OXA-23,OXA-24 were detected by PCR and verified by DNA sequencing;Detection the metallo-β-lactamase phenotypes of and genotypes of Acinetobacter baumannii which drug resistance by A comparison of double-disc synergy test and PCR;analyses the genotypes of Acinetobacter baumannii which ristance to imipenem.Result 40 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii were highly resistant to all of the antibiotics except Imipenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam.In the 12 strains Iipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,the fragment of BLAvim,OXA-23 gone was amplified simultaneously from 3 strains by polymerase chain reactious,the fragment of OXA-23 gene was amplified by polymerase chain reactions from 7 strains,the gone which code drug resistance in other 2 strains was lost;the result of detection metaUo-β-lactamase phenotypes and genetypes is positive,the detect genes OXA-23 base sequence is identical from the gone BLAoxa-23which number is DQ029069 in the gene bank the homology is 100%;the detect genes vim base sequence is identical from the gene VIM which number is EF125009in the gene bank the homology is 99%by sequencingConclusion The mechanism of some Iipenem-resistant Acinetobacter banmannii which produce metaUo-β-lactamase not only carries the BAL vim gene which code metallo-β-lactamase but also carries some other drug resistant...
