Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Moderate And Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids By Three Different Surgical Approaches

Objective:To investigate the effect of PPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids,RPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids and Milligan-Morgan in treating moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: A total of 240 patients diagnosed with moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids,240 patients were divided into three groups, each group of80 people,group A received by Milligan-Morgan,group B received by PPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids and group C received by RPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids,all the groups were compared for operating times,Healing time,hospitalization times,complications and efficacy. Results:Follow up for 4-20 months after operation.group B and group C are superior in operation time,healing times,hospitalization times,postoperative pain than group A,group C had a shorter operation time than group B,group B and group C are superior in anal edema and bleeding than group A,group C is superior in urinary retention than group A.There was no significant difference among the three groups in anal stenosis, difficulty in defecation and recurrence.In the three group, the curative effect of B group was better than that of group A, and there was no difference between group A and group C.Conclusion:PPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids,RPH plus dissertation of external hemorrhoids have similar curative effect than Milligan-Morgan in treating moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids, and can improve and eliminate the discomfort symptoms of the patients, In the operatiing time, healing time and hospitalization times have a certain advantages, and less postoperative pain, rapid recovery and other fewer complications,they are two better surgical approaches to treat moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids.
