Clinical Efficacy Of Laparoscopic Treatment Of Traumatic Diaphragmatic Hernia

Objective:. To explore the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic repair of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods: A retrospective comparative study of laparoscopy in patients with laparotomy and compare this two kind of way in treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. The study was began from August 2014 to October 2015. The amount of time of operation, the hospitalization time after operation, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative ventilation time, postoperative pain and recurrence were compared Results: There were no significant differences in operative time and recurrence(P>0.05),But the intraoperative bleeding, postoperative ventilation time and degree of postoperative pain have significant differences in two group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The repair of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia by laparoscopy has the advantage of minimal invasion, quick recovery and less complications, it is an effective way for the treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
