Easy misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, illness defer to the condition is complex, the individual cases of acute onset, cause serious complications, can endanger patient life.Objective, method, resultsObjective to investigate the clinical analysis and treatment experience of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia; methods:a retrospective analysis of Dongying People’s Hospital from2007October to2012August were treated37cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, compared with the previous analysis of changes in these patients, to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, analysis the cause of the disease, and identification and related diseases. Results after operation,35cases were cured, no death case, operation effect is good.ConclusionConclusion traumatic rupture of diaphragm is lack of specific clinical manifestations, often compound injury history, or persistent, prone to misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis. Clinicians should consider the pathogenesis, enhance the understanding of damage on the diaphragm, pay attention to identification and other related diseases, once the diagnosis of early operation, operation repair is the only radical treatment.
