In daily life, human body to walk normally includes the following four basic process: initiate, stable walk, turn and terminate. Gait termination has its variability and unpredictability, and it will increase the difficulty for the body to meet the external environment, especially, weight-bearing will further increase the body inertia, which will further increase the difficulty to control body during gait termination, and it will increase the risk of potential fall. In order to reduce the potential plantar pressure damage and the risk of fall of human body, a series of experiments has been carried out to study plantar peak pressure as well as trajectory of COP (center of pressure) during gait termination. The use of force plate and control system for the measurement of plantar pressure, the use of three dimensional force platform and control system for the measurement of trajectory of COP. The ways of termination include planned and unplanned termination. The load way adopted includes single shoulder, single hand, shoulders, hands, which is commonly in daily life. Weight that the subjects carry is identified as:for male,5%,10%, 15% and 20% of their body weight, for female,5%,10%,15% of their body weight. Through the study of plantar pressure and trajectory of COP under different load ways, different weight, different terminate ways during gait termination, it will find out the gender difference, the proper load ways and weight range for human body, it will find out the difference between different terminate ways, and difference between gait termination and stable gait.Through the analysis of the experiment, brake foot peak pressure has no gender difference; Gait stability has a gender difference. Gait terminate modes (planned and unplanned terminate) have no significant impact on peak pressure for brake leg; Gait terminate methods significantly influence the stability of front and rear direction. The analysis about human body stability with swing leg big toe peak pressure and displacement of COP of brake leg comes the consistent result, the pros and cons of load ways are ordered: backpacks, single shoulder, hands, hands. For male, under one shoulder, one hand or hands, the load weight should be less than 15% of body weight, under shoulders, the load weight should be less than 20% of body weight; For male, under one hand or hands, the load weight should be less than 10% of body weight, under single shoulder, shoulders, the load weight should be less than 15% of body weight. For people who frequently engaged in weight-bearing walking, this study provides references in load ways and load weight, it will also provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of related shoes, artificial limbs, lower limb rehabilitate robot.
