Objective: analysis of the Han nationality in Urumqi gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women dietary nutrition level and with non pregnancy gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women dietary nutrition level carries on the contrast analysis, explore may lead to pregnancy with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM), put forward the reasonable countermeasures, for prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus accumulation data. Methods: Take 2014 January to March 2015 to Urumqi maternal and child health hospital for production inspection of Han pregnant women as the object of investigation,through the questionnaire survey, 24 h dietary review method and the laboratory detection survey in accordance with the inclusion criteria 2 000 cases of pregnant women, divided into gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM group) and non pregnancy(gestational diabetes mellitus group(non GDM group), calculation of each woman’s daily food and nutrient intakes were compared. Results: the average age of pregnant women with GDM was25.12±6.09 years, the average age of the non pregnant women with GDM was 23.53±5.47 years, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); of pregnant women with GDM average BIM is 24.17±2.94, non GDM pregnant women 22.44±2.9, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); GDM pregnant women engaged in mental workers than in non pregnant women with GDM, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of years of education, family income per capita, the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). GDM group, the total energy intake and carbohydrate intake, fat intake, carbohydrates for energy ratio and fat than intake higher than that of the non GDM group, the protein can be lower than the non GDM group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), the difference of protein intake between the two groups no significant(P>0.05); gestational diabetic pregnant period average daily grain cerealsand fruits intake higher than the non GDM group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: maternal age, body mass index, engaged in mental labor,pregnancy high fat, high carbohydrate diet, Cereals, and fruit food intake may influence factors of pregnancy gestational diabetes; dietary nutrition education and dietary guidance to pregnant women is the important measures for prevention of pregnancy gestational diabetes.
