Objective: To investigate the stellate ganglion block(block of ganglion Stellatum BGS) to meet the inclusion criteria of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(cerebral hemorrhage, CH) prognosis effect and the association with re hemorrhage, pulmonary infection and other complications occurred in course of treatment, provide reference to analysis the risk for clinical application of stellate ganglion block(SGB) in cerebral vascular disease and possible and to explore Prospect of stellate ganglion block(SGB)in cerebral vascular disease of application and other aspects. Methods: to collect and analysis patients of using different treatment methods of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in March 2013 to December 2015 in our neurosurgery department( the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University) as the research object. Included strictly a total of 138 cases accorded to the condition of the case, accordance with the inclusion and exclusion standerd,of which the treatment group that stellate ganglion block combined with the routine treatment group 67 cases, control group that simply by conventional treatment of 71 cases, collected the medical records of patients in the two groups, retrospectively analyzed the data of two groups of age, gender, history, admission Glasgow Coma Score(GCS), hospitalization time, bleeding, pulmonary infection and other complications, and Glasgow Outcome Score( GOS).Results: 37 male cases in the treatment group, 30 cases of female; mean age(60.60±13.11) years; the average hospitalization time(18.21±3.41) days; preoperative GCS score(12.94 ± 1.82) points.During the treatment of rebleeding 6 cases, 14 cases lung infection, urinary tract are dyed5 cases; discharge gos prognosis good 43 cases, poor prognosis 24 cases. Control group 42 cases were male, 29 female; mean age(62.07±11.07) years. The average hospitalizationtime(19.25±3.48) days; preoperative GCS score(13.39±1.38) points. During the treatment of rebleeding occurred in 7 cases, pulmonary infection in 9 cases, urinary tract infection(9 cases); discharge gos prognosis is good in 32 cases, poor prognosis in 39 cases.Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical prognosis has difference(χ2=4.270,P=0.042); the treatment group in early(within 3 days after 24 hours) use stellate ganglion block with late(3 days-7 days) use stellate ganglion block in prognosis are different(χ2=4.269,P = 0.043). Two groups of patients during the incidence of pulmonary infection does not exist differences(χ2 =1.677,P=0.194); two groups of bleeding does not exist differences(χ2=0.033,P=0.856). Conclusion: the general data of patients in two groups no significant difference; stellate ganglion block operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has effect with some help; for met the inclusion criteria in patients, early operation is better than late with the treatment; clinical application of stellate ganglion block operation does not increase bleeding and pulmonary infection risk; stellate ganglion block operation as a small trauma, simple, safe, easy and minimally invasive treatment method, on the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients have certain effect, especially early application, it is worth clinical promotion and further study.
