Objectives:To investigate the association of HLA-A gene methylation with the susceptibility to Uygur patients with pigeon breeder’s lung. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria collected clinical data and blood samples.DNA was isolated from blood samples. The MassARRAY method is used to detect the methylation o level of HLA-A gene site.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: By comparing the methylation level of CpG11 sites of HLA-A gene, the results showed that there were significant differences in the CpG5 gene HLA-A gene site, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.086, P=0.037);Conclusion:1.HLA-A gene methylation of CpG locus is common in the two groups. 2. The methylation status of HLA-A gene’s CpG5 site in the case group is obviously lower than the negative control group.
