MethodsThis study was stratified by region in accordance with the proportion of the population in each region planned pregnancy multistage cluster random sampling. Epi Data3.2 statistical software was used to establish a database, recorded by double data entry mode. Planned pregnancy people were classified into risk population and the general population according to risk assessment criteria. SPSS17.0 statistical software was adopted to analyze. The method of the status of the investigation, count data rate, composition ratio will be described on the relationship between the relevant factors and risk groups chi-square test were adopted. Risk factors that may affect the health of planned pregnancy people were analyzed by multivariate unconditional Logistic regression. Results1. Among the 9384 planned pregnancy people(4692 couples) in Chongqing, men in risk group accounted for 5.86%, while in general group accounted for 94.14%; women in risk groups accounted for 28.64%, while in general group accounted for 71.36%. The risk rate is low;2. According to the univariate analysis, the risk factors among male were age(χ2 = 14.5723,P = 0.0001), region(χ2 = 31.5502, P <0.0001), hepatitis B disease history(χ2 = 60.9689, P <0.0001), hepatitis B vaccination history(χ2 = 12.6811, P = 0.0004), BMI abnormal(χ2 = 6.5551, P = 0.0377), abnormal blood pressure(χ2 = 6.1461, P = 0.0132), HBs Ab(χ2 = 842.0512, P <0.0001). By multivariate logistic regression analysis, statistically significant results were: a history of hepatitis B disease(OR = 6.587), BMI≥24.00(OR = 1.577), hypertension(OR = 1.836) were risk factors risk male population; while 20≤Age<35(OR = 0.613), ecological protection zone in Southeast city functions with respect to the core area(OR = 0.434), hepatitis B vaccination history(OR = 0.608), HBs Ab positive(OR = 0.383) were male risk protective factors.3. According to the univariate analysis, the risk factors among female were region(χ2 = 45.4756, P<0.0001), race(χ2 = 5.8426, P = 0.0156), education level(χ2 = 94.9953, P <0.0001), occupation(χ2 = 25.4574, P = 0.0004), hepatitis B disease history(χ2 = 6.0067, P = 0.0143), rubella vaccination history(χ2 = 8.2669, P = 0.0040), living / working pressure(χ2 = 11.6018, P = 0.0007), economic pressure(χ2 = 12.9845, P = 0.0003). After logistic regression analysis, statistically significant results were: New urban development areas(OR = 1.641), northeast of Chongqing ecological conservation development areas(OR = 1.65), in Southeast ecological protection areas(OR = 2.028) with respect to city function core area, the history of hepatitis B disease were the risk factor for women; while the education level of high school(OR = 0.114) and the University(OR = 0.371) with respect to the primary school or less, workers with respect to farmers(OR = 0.656), rubella vaccination(OR = 0.686) were the protective factors.
