Objective: Pancreatic fistula was the most serious complications of pancreaticoduodenal resection with a high incidence rate, which seriously influenced postoperative recovery. Retrospective statistical analysis pancreaticoduodenal resection patients during June 2013 to December 2015 explored the main complications of pancreaticoduodenal resection of pancreatic fistula(PF) of the incidence and risk factors and provided theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of pancreatic fistula better. Methods: Statistical analyzing 53 patients who had accepted pancreatic duodenal resection during June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital. We did the statistical analysis through the software of SPSS19.0. We used the single factor analysis of chi-square test in view of the pancreas texture, pancreatic duct diameter, operation time, preoperative albumin, total bilirubin preoperatively, consistent way, the pancreatic duct stent tube, surgical history, somatostatin, but we used the single factor analysis of T test to do the statistical analysis of intraoperative blood loss and age. The multiple factors analysis used the pancreatic fistula and no pancreatic fistula as the dependent variable and the related risk factors of pancreatic fistula as independent variables through the binary classification Logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: The number of patients who had accepted pancreatoduodenectomy was 53, of which 9 cases suffer pancreatic fistula. The pancreatic fistula rate was 16.9%; One of patient was dead, case fatality rate 11.1%, Logistic multifactor analysis indicates that the pancreatic duct stent tube(OR = 6.191),the pancreas texture(OR = 7.107), pancreatic duct diameter(OR = 5.353) was the independence of the pancreatic fistula risk factors, intraoperative no pancreatic duct stent placement, soft texture and pancreas finer pancreatic duct diameter indicated increasing risk of pancreatic fistula.
