In recent years, as the Reform and Opening-up policy, Privately operated hospitals in our country have sprung up rapidly, and gradually become an important supplement to the medical resources in China. Although, no matter the size or the number, privately operated hospitals are far less than the public hospitals. The essence of competition of modern hospital is the competition of human resources. Compared to the privately operated hospitals, public hospitals are more protected for a long time. Privately operated hospitals have to explore further in human resource management, and this is the only way to compete.This research analyses human resource management in Shennong hospital of Siping in detail, using literature research, questionnaire survey method and the one-to-one structured interview, and According to this to know the whole condition of human resource management in privately operated hospitals, to explore a suitable system of human resource management, and to promote better development of privately operated hospital.Shennong hospital of Siping attaches great importance to the human resources management. They make full use of the various recruitment forms, pay much more attention to the employees and their career development, also, they construct the harmony hospital. However, as concern as the current medical talent structure, we still need more talents, who have high technology or degree. The hospital need to strengthen the recruitment and training of professional and technical talents. More professional talents are expected to join the human resources management team, to promote the salary management system and information management system.The following are suggestions on the development of privately operated hospitals. First, develop a high-quality contingent of human resources management team. Secondly, build up a rational assessment system for the employees’ performance at work. Thirdly, create a unique culture, and strengthen the information construction of human resource. Last of the all, more detailed policy and operational advice in this area are wanted.
