The Study Of Health Management Operation Mode For Middle Aged And Elderly People

With the growth of age, especially after middle age, the physiological function of all human organs would change greatly, adaptable and resistible capabilities would also experience gradual weakening. Today, the degree of China’s aging population has continued to deepen, thus, issues of health and pension of the elderly brought about by the aging population are also increasingly highlighted out. Research shows that in China, the health of the elderly has a lot of problems, the quality of their life is greatly lowered, and the decline in health also increases the caregiver burden of the nation, society, and family. There are specific needs for health education, health counseling and health examination in the elderly, but those services that the elderly receives are seriously inadequate. Health industry has huge market potential of new discipline and emerging industry, in recent years, a variety of specialized or comprehensive health services including physical examination, visual acuity, women health, pension rehabilitation have quietly emerged in people’s lives.Research objectives:On the basis of theories on Chinese health management, this study takes Ruyi Culture Center of Hong Kong as research object, emphatically explores the detailed operation mode and its product feature so as to provide a theoretical basis for the market operation of health management industry of Chinese elderly and middle-aged groups.Research methods:With methods of literature analysis, on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire, data analysis and logical analysis, this study makes an all-rounded analysis on the product design and detailed operation of Ruyi Culture Center of Hong Kong.Research findings:1. Through on-the-spot investigation to Ruyi Culture Center of Hong Kong, lots of problems in the present operation mode are found, such as unclear positioning of service targets, poor profiting abilities, poor innovative abilities in services, lack of training, low staff quality, disorder in the development of this industry, unstandardized operation.2. The government should establish a sound protection system, a health service system, and health management agency of services for the elderly and middle-aged, and strengthen the training of health managers.3. The development of health operation mode should be built from two aspects: internal environment and external environment. At the same time, good choices of marketing promotion and marketing patterns should be made to form a complete health operation mode of the elderly and middle-aged.
